Dan Sogorka
General Manager
Dan Sogorka is the General Manager of Rocket Pro TPO, Rocket Mortgage’s mortgage broker business. Appointed in September 2024, Dan leads the growth strategy and innovation for Rocket’s broker platform, focusing on aligning the company’s products with the needs of mortgage brokers and leveraging Rocket’s advanced AI technologies to help brokers and their clients.
With a strong background in mortgage technology, Dan previously served as CEO and president of Sagent, where he and his team modernized the company’s digital mortgage servicing platforms and drove significant growth. He was also CEO of Cloudvirga, a fintech focused on automating key tasks for brokers, and spent nearly 15 years at Black Knight, where he served as a business unit President and played a pivotal role in shaping the technology used by much of U.S. mortgage market.
Dan holds a degree in Engineering from Villanova University and lives in the metro-Detroit area with his wife and three children.
Mike Fawaz
Executive Vice President
Before his current position as Executive Vice President of Rocket Pro TPO he served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Rocket Pro TPO. In that role, he led all the Account Executives working with Rocket’s broker partners. Fawaz also formed personal relationships with thousands of Rocket’s mortgage broker partners, meeting with them to ensure their needs are met. Fawaz joined Rocket in 2011 as a mortgage banker, where he grew to understand the housing market through his work with many homeowners and buyers.
Fawaz started his college education in Liberia and completed his bachelor’s degree after immigrating to the United States. He and his family reside in the Detroit area.

Dan Ngoyi
Senior Vice President, Client Experience Operations
Dan is Senior Vice President of Client Experience Operations at Rocket Mortgage. In this role, he leads the Mortgage Operations Team that underwrites and processes the loans that come from mortgage brokers who partner with Rocket Pro TPO.
Prior to this position, he served as CEO of Rocket Connections – a sales and support platform specializing in contact center services such as appointment setting, prequalifying loan applicants, lead generation and analytics for a number of national brands. Before his time as CEO, Dan served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations for Rocket Connections.
An avid golfer and reader, Dan cites Steve Jamison’s “Wooden on Leadership” and James Clear’s “Atomic Habits” among his favorite books. He and his wife Denine live in Dan’s hometown of Detroit with their twin son and daughter.

Stephen Balone
Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Stephen works closely with our Divisional Vice Presidents and Account Executives to help develop and maintain relationships with our valued TPO partnerships. More recently, Stephen and his group have been assigned to work closely with our specialty channels and partners. Prior to his current role, Stephen was Divisional Vice President of National Accounts and has been with Rocket Mortgage for 15 years.

Why:
I found out at an early stage in my career that one of the keys to your development and growth was investing in your skill, knowledge and trusting the process. I was fortunate to have incredible leadership along the way to help foster that, but I always felt that if you worked hard each day and did the right things for the right reasons, then good things would follow.
Evan Steiner
Senior Vice President, Engineering
With a 15+ year background in software development, Evan originally joined the FoC in 2013 as the Director of Engineering for Chalkfly, an e-commerce start-up in the Madison Building. In 2014 he transitioned over to Quicken Loans and was lucky to land on a small team that had just launched a brand new website with big ambitions - rocketmortgage.com. Over the years Evan has been fortunate enough to lead in many areas of Rocket Mortgage Technology, including Rocket Mortgage Application and Origination, Mobile, Licensing, Pathfinder and more. He currently leads Rocket Mortgage’s Partnership Engineering Teams, which include Rocket Pro TPO, Rocket Pro Originate and Insight, as well as our Mortgage as a Service offering.

Chris Behrns
Vice President, Regional Accounts
As Vice President of Regional Accounts, Chris plays a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our partnerships. He excels at onboarding partners to the TPO platform on a large scale, supported by a dedicated team that travels nationwide to engage with brokers. Chris also oversees our presence at mortgage tradeshows and events across the country, frequently speaking at Build-A-Broker and keynote sessions.
With a career in the mortgage industry dating back to 2006, his background spans recruiting, building extensive sales teams, and managing lead allocation - making him a versatile and invaluable asset to our organization. When he is not on the road with partners, he enjoys spending time with his daughters.

Why:
I've always loved taking something a part and figuring out how it worked. When it comes to our business, I love to look at the benefits and opportunities from every angle. How can we deliver the best experience for our partners at the loan officer level, the managers, the processors or anyone that touches our platform? When looking through these lenses I find it allows us to customize and create an elite experience. What we have built in TPO was based on partner feedback and they too are always obsessed with finding a better way to do business.
Claire Kafoury
Partner Relations Director
Claire has spent 20 seasons with the organization. She has held several roles within the company including Sales, Operations, Training, Capital Markets and Product Strategy that have given her a strong foundation of knowledge and skills to tie threads and drive decisions. She loves being a part of the Rocket Pro TPO team, the culture and is passionate about what we are building for our partners.

Paul Yatooma
Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Paul works alongside the many dedicated Rocket Pro TPO Account Executives and incredible partners to better understand their opportunities and challenges. Using this information, Paul works closely with Rocket’s lending, operations and technology teams to ensure the company continues to deliver products and innovations that meet the actual, real-world needs of our broker partners. Gathering insights from brokers across America, Paul and his team are positioning Rocket Pro TPO to spot trends in the industry and quickly clear hurdles for our partners. A Rocket veteran for over 15 years, Paul has held many prominent roles within the company, including President’s Club Loan Officer, Senior Director and Divisional Vice President.

Kevin Randolph
Senior Vice President, Product Management
As Senior Vice President of Product Management, Kevin is driven by team culture, process enhancements and maintaining relationships within the broker community. His leadership style is focused on developing, implementing and monitoring strategies that achieve both growth and operational goals within Rocket Pro TPO. Prior to his current role, Kevin led Retail Refinance and has been with Rocket for 9 years.

Mike Lloyd

Mike brings 6 years of Rocket Mortgage experience to the team with the majority of his time focused on Rocket Pro TPO and the wholesale market from a data perspective. He is passionate about using data to solve complex problems and to drive business strategies. Currently, Mike leads a multidisciplinary team of analysts, engineers and data scientists who are focused exclusively on Rocket Pro TPO and invested in broker partners’ success end-to-end.

Don Chiesa
Vice President, Correspondent Lending
Don is responsible for the development and growth of long-term relationships with community banks, credit unions and brokers. He helps clients grow their mortgage business through leveraging our vast products and best-in-class processes for client satisfaction. Don has been with Rocket Mortgage since 2010.
